GOODBYE TO $1.35 MILLION

After securing a final settlement with IRS Counsel in U.S. Tax Court, Respondent (IRS) agreed to concede to almost all of the assessments against our client and removing almost all of $1.35 MILLION. Another huge success was achieved when IRS agreed to remove ALL of “Accuracy Penalty”. IRS Counsel has also agreed to write an advisory letter to IRS Audit Reconsideration Unit advising to remove ALL Assessment for the years not included in the Tax Court Petition. Our client will end up paying ZERO!!!!
